Why?

Career Crafting

For a student, when ‘job and degree’ just become the primary motive to pursue a course; the meaning, purpose and motivation takes a back seat. Students are disoriented, less focused and burned out in the process. This hence needs a radical change where students need to initiate and make their Academics/ career, life more aligned and meaningful

When they redesign and craft purposes, tasks, and relations - their drive and resilience power improves, which makes them feel more attached to academic commitments with purpose. The principles of Career Crafting is rooted from two decades of research at University of Michigan( Jane Dutton, Amy Wrzesniewski 2001), and has proved that individuals achieve high performance with Career Crafting interventions. They feel more purposefully oriented, and experience thriving and flourishing.
