Career Crafting

This workshop will help students uncover their Passions and Strengths, then look at the Skills required to flourish in their life, and then they perform the crafting exercise. In the workshop each student does this introspection to carve out the purposes aligned to their core, and do hands-on crafting of tasks and relationships to achieve the goals.

So the process is; first we spend an hour exploring and finding out individuals’ passions and strengths (core). The next part we look at ‘what skills the world needs/ expects’ from the students as they finish the course to be corporate ready and successful. Then they start with crafting Purposes based on their core (passion, strengths and skills), and then align the tasks and relations to achieve these purposes meaningfully. We dont stop it there - you will start using the Crafting Journal to executie your crafted career pursuits in a strcutured manner.

Step 1.3: After sketch preparation (crafting based on one’s core)

Step 1.4: Action plan and Goal setting (doing it hands-on in the journal)
